These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services operated by ABL International FZE (License No. 3637), trading as CrisP Digital, CRISP Content Engine and CrispProfiles (collectively referred to as “CRISP”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By accessing or using our websites, applications or services, including but not limited to crispdigital.io, app.crispdigital.io, crispprofiles.me and any associated applications or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Services Provided
CrisP provides digital products and services including but not limited to:
Content creation, planning and publishing tools
Personal branding and profile management services
Marketing and digital automation tools
Direct publishing integrations with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Analytics, workflow and approval systems
Some features may be subject to additional requirements, third-party approvals or availability constraints.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By using CrisP, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Connected Third-Party Accounts
CrisP allows you to connect third-party services such as Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for publishing and content management.
By connecting these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You grant CrisP permission to access and act on your behalf within the scopes you approve
We store access tokens securely and in encrypted form
We only perform actions explicitly requested or approved by you
You may revoke access at any time through your account settings or the third-party platform.
CrisP is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload or publish using CrisP.
By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
Store
Process
Display
Transmit
your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:
Complies with applicable laws
Does not infringe intellectual property rights
Adheres to third-party platform policies
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use CrisP to:
Violate any law or regulation
Post unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harmful content
Infringe intellectual property rights
Circumvent platform safeguards or rate limits
Engage in spam, automation abuse or deceptive practices
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Publishing and Scheduling Disclaimer
While CrisP provides tools to schedule and publish content, we do not guarantee:
Successful delivery on third-party platforms
Platform acceptance of content
Exact publish timing in cases of platform delays or restrictions
Publishing failures may occur due to platform policies, token expiry, permissions or outages.
8. Fees and Payments
Some services may be offered on a paid subscription or usage basis.
Where applicable:
Fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. Intellectual Property
All CrisP software, branding, designs, interfaces and documentation are the intellectual property of ABL International FZE or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy
Modify
Reverse engineer
Resell
any part of the services without our prior written consent.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of CrisP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
By using the services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may:
Modify or discontinue features
Perform maintenance
Suspend access temporarily or permanently
without liability, provided this is done in good faith.
12. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach these Terms
Required by law
Necessary to protect our systems, users or partners
Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrisP and ABL International FZE shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue or business
Platform-level publishing failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CrisP in the preceding 12 months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrisP, ABL International FZE and their affiliates from any claims arising from:
Your use of the services
Your content
Your violation of these Terms or third-party policies
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
