3. Facebook and Instagram Integration



CRISP Content Engine allows users to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to publish content on their behalf.


When you connect Meta services:


  • Authentication occurs via Facebook Login

  • We receive access tokens required solely for publishing content

  • Tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest

  • Tokens are never shared, sold or stored in Airtable or client-side storage



We use Meta APIs only to:


  • List Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you manage

  • Publish content you explicitly approve

  • Display publishing status within the application



We do not read private messages, comments, personal posts or advertising data.


4. How We Use Your Information


We use personal data to:


  • Provide and operate CRISP products and services

  • Generate, schedule and publish approved content

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts

  • Communicate service updates and support responses

  • Improve product functionality and reliability

  • Meet legal, security and compliance obligations



We do not use connected social accounts for advertising targeting or profiling.
