CRISP Content Engine allows users to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to publish content on their behalf.
When you connect Meta services:
Authentication occurs via Facebook Login
We receive access tokens required solely for publishing content
Tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest
Tokens are never shared, sold or stored in Airtable or client-side storage
We use Meta APIs only to:
List Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts you manage
Publish content you explicitly approve
Display publishing status within the application
We do not read private messages, comments, personal posts or advertising data.
4. How We Use Your Information
